Who we are
Secret Cove Press (secretcovepress.com) is operated by TilyD Enterprises Ltd., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Questions about this policy or about your information go to [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type, the time you sent it, and the network address and country of the connection it came from. We use the network address only to stop spam and abuse.
We count visits with Matomo, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
The form's spam check is Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to tell people from bots, under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your message and email address to confirm your address and to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Where it is kept and for how long
Messages are stored on our own server and in our email. We keep them only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
